    Although I enjoyed the tour, I was appalled and disgusted by Argosy for dumping all of us out in an unfamiliar area of Seattle after conclusion of the tour. This company has no regard or respect for its customers. I had no way to get back to downtown Seattle and the crew was of no help at all! Two years ago when I took the cruise, Agosy provided a bus for a round-trip experience from their pier. Why was this discontinued? How cheap of Argosy to save a few bucks! I would have gladly paid a few extra dollars for the return bus ride. Don't go on this cruise until this matter is resolved!

    We were walking by the ship on a gorgeous Sat. afternoon and saw they did tours of the Ballard Locks. We decided to purchase tickets and really enjoyed the tour. The young lady acting as our guide was relatively new to the area but had clearly studied up on interesting information around Seattle. Very comfortable ride along the waterfront and into Lake Union. The boat has a selection of beverages & snacks for purchase. The locks were interesting to pass through and the visual of how they work at the Museum of History and Industry located at the end of tour is worth checking out.

    Very nice way to see the city via water! One way trip made it easy to see a bunch of spots in a short amount of time. Guides were great bartenders and crew were awesome!

    This tour was very enjoyable. The staff were excellent, and they gave a great overview of the entire area, the house boats, the Sound, the fishing boats, etc.

    Nice diversion, a little different than the usual tours. Thought there would be more than one lock to go through. Ship holds 300 people and there were 50 on board. Can't imagine what it would be like with a full load.

    Loved seeing the house boats and floating homes. Crew was nice very nice. Informative cruise 🚢 was nice.

    John was the tour commentator and he was fantastic!! John gave so many details and wonderful information about the many sights along the tour. I highly recommend this tour to any tourist or local resident who wants to learn great information about Seattle and the surrounding area.

    A great cruise from downtown, through the locks and into Lake Union. The commentary was perfect - informative and light. The crew was nice and professional!
